Our famous Friday evening All-You-Can-Eat Buffet continues this week with the Carvery (24th February) and then it's Italian, Oriental and Indian in a four-week rotation. 

Do not forget Mother's Day (Sunday 18th March)! Book now to avoid disappointment. We only have a few large tables left but a few more twos and fours.
































The Bluebell Menu

  • A bowl of self-serve salad.
  • Smoked Salmon. With lemon and dill mayonnaise
  • Mushrooms Italian. Mushrooms in a hot and herby tomato and garlic sauce.
  • Prawns and Egg Mayonnaise. Prawns sitting next to an egg on a bed of salad each dressed with their own sauce.
  • Tuna and Mozzarella fish cakes. Served with a garnish and tartare sauce.
  • Stilton Mushrooms. Cooked in a rich and creamy stilton sauce.
  • Soup of the day.
  • Prawn Cocktail. Bluebell version!.
  • Tempura Butterfly Prawns. Crispy butterfly prawns served with a garlic dip.
  • Garlic Mushrooms. Mushrooms in a garlic and cream sauce.
  • Oriental Selection. Filo pastry parcels filled with seafood and vegetables served with a chilli mayonnaise dip.
  • Deep Fried Whitebait. Served with salad garnish and tartare sauce.
  • Half Rack of Ribs.
  • Crispy Batter Chicken Fillets With sweet and sour dip and salad garnish.
  • Pan Fried Mussels. In Italian style tomato and olive oil sauce.

Fins and no Legs

  • Bass. Baked whole Sea bass, head on or off!
  • Salmon and Prawns. Salmon fillet with creamy prawns and parsley sauce.
  • Scampi. Deep fried whole tail breaded scampi.
  • Salmon and Dill. Salmon fillet in creamy dill sauce.
  • Char grilled Halibut Steak.
  • Steamed Cod Fillet. Cod fillet dusted with Cajun spices.
  • Sweet and Sour Tiger Prawns. Served on rice with a self-serve salad bowl.
  • Steamed Plaice Fillet. Served in a creamy prawn, mushroom and parsley sauce.
  • Chargrilled Tuna Steak. Grilled with lemon juice.
  • Baked Rainbow Trout. Plain and simple.

Two Legs

  • Duck in Black Bean Sauce. Sliced duck breast in a black bean sauce served on a bed of rice.
  • Sweet and Sour Chicken. Crispy chicken fillets in a sweet and sour sauce served on a bed of rice.
  • Chicken and Mustard. Chicken breast strips with a creamy onion and mustard sauce.
  • Chicken and Stilton. Chicken breast strips in a very rich and creamy stilton and mushroom sauce.
  • Cajun Chicken. Herby, char grilled, marinated chicken breast.
  • Garlic Chicken. Pan fried chicken breast strips with onion, mushroom and garlic, finished with cream.
  • Chicken and Bacon. Chicken breast strips with smoked bacon, mushroom and cream sauce.
  • Chicken Italian. Chicken strips, roasted red peppers and garlic in a tomato based sauce.

Four Legs

  • Fillet Steak. 8oz prime fillet.
  • Rump Steak. 12oz.
  • Sirloin Steak. 8oz.
  • Mixed Grill. Steak, gammon, lamb cutlet, pork chop, sausage, liver, tomato, mushrooms, onion rings, chips and peas.
  • Marinated Lamb. Char grilled lamb leg steak in a sweet mint marinade.
  • Honey Roast Pork Steaks. Pair of char grilled marinated loin of pork steaks served with apple sauce.
  • Gammon Steak. Char grilled steak with either egg or pineapple or both!
  • Pork Fillet. Medallions of pork pan fried with mango, pineapple and rum.
  • Steak Stroganoff. Strips of steak, onions, mushrooms, garlic, tomato, sherry and cream.
  • Steak Strips. Brandy and mushrooms in a cream sauce.
  • Steak Sauces. Choose from one of our homemade sauces for only £2.95: Pepper, Garlic Mushroom, Italian, Mustard & Onion, Stilton Mushroom and Port, Mustard & Onion.

Hot Stuff

  • Indian Platter. Meat madras, onion bhajee, samosa served on a bed of rice.
  • Pork fillet JD. Medallions of pork fillet cooked with cracked pepper, flamed with Jack Daniel's and finished with cream.
  • Chilli Chicken. Very hot chicken strips with onion and peppers in a spicy chilli sauce.
  • Chicken Madras. Strips of chicken cooked with onions and mushrooms in a hot and creamy curry sauce.
  • Cajun Salmon. Salmon fillet in a Cajun, pepper and cream sauce.

Vegetarian

  • Stilton Bake. Seasonal vegetables pan fried with cream and stilton finished in the oven with a potato crust.
  • Indian Platter. Vegetable curry (negotiable hot or not) served with samosa, onion bhajee and rice.
  • Italian Pasta Bake. Onions, mushrooms and pasta with tomatoes, oregano and a hint of garlic.
  • Mushroom Stroganoff. Mushrooms and onions in a creamy stroganoff sauce made with sherry and tomatoes served on a bed of rice.
  • Spicy Chilli Fajitas. Peppers, onions, mushrooms and seasonal vegetables, rolled in fajitas topped with cheese.
  • Vegetable and Brie Pancakes. Pan fried seasonal vegetables with brie and cream rolled in tortillas oven finished with cheese topping.
